Powerpackage service

The following items are needed for an efficient maintenance or repair of a TOX-Powerpackage:

Operating manual
Serial number of the cylinder: found on nameplate!
Seal kit: please order from TOX using the serial number
Oil refill pump ZP 1/100, Order-No.101356
Hydraulic oil HLP 32 1-, 5- or 10 liter containers, or any other specified oil
Seal replacement tool kit, Order-No.181109
Torque wrench (see operating manual, pg. 18 and 35 for tightening torques).

Code to Type designation (example S 15.00.050.06):

S = Model (TOX-Powerpackage Type S)
15 = Press force in kN
.00 = 10 bar TOX-Powerpackage version, .30 = 6 bar version
.050 = Total stroke in mm
.06 = Power stroke in mm

The serial number is made up of a six digit material number and a consecutive unit number (example 123456.99)

123456. = material number
99 = unit number
